Jesus is Looking for You

Where Are You My Child?

“What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying? And if he should find it, assuredly, I say to you, he rejoices more over that sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray. Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.” Matthew 18:12-14 NKJV

Are you feeling lost and tired? Perhaps, you are frustrated with life? Maybe, everything has you down, feeling blue? Are you alone, without a friend? Have religious beliefs left you empty, angry or bitter? Has addictions to drugs, technology, pornography or whatever, caused a never-ending cycle of despair?  Do you feel trapped, with no way out? The terrors of this world may be sucking the very life out of your being. Furthermore, are the never-ending chaos of fake news, climate disasters, and fear mongering, causing you to become weak in the knees? Financial difficulties are over taking you, bringing you to the verge of a meltdown. In addition, maybe, the spouse has disappointed. The kids are out of control adding to the angst. The little blue pill is not able to get you through the day anymore. The sleeping pill isn’t satisfactorily strong enough to get you past the terrors of the night. The infusions of heroin, last only for a few moments, before the terrors of withdrawal and the world comes back to haunt and suffocate you! Is the psychologist and the psychiatrist wisdom you are seeking for healing, an empty endeavor? You are screaming to the right for help. You are screaming to the left for help. You are screaming to everyone around, “Help me, Help Me, PLEASE, HELP ME! The answer comes back to you, “We can’t help you.” Now, you are thinking, “Death is the only way out to peace. Suicide is my friend, my hope, my deliverance. All is lost. I have nothing to live for!” Friend, I cry out to you, please stop this life cycle of despair and never-ending darkness. You can find the answer to freedom and personal worth. The secret to this is to get Jesus out of your mouth as a cuss word and into your heart as your deliverance and salvation.

You are lost, so was I and countless others. Nevertheless, I and numerous others have found the living God in the face of Jesus Christ, who healed our darkness, despair, hopelessness, loneliness and feelings of being lost. The process to health in Christ was learning how to trust and obey Him. I have good news for you today. Jesus is seeking you too! The Son of God is searching for you. He loves you and desires to heal YOU! You only need to trust and obey Him.

“For the Son of Man (Jesus) has come to seek and to save that which was lost.” Luke 19:10 NKJV

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:16-17 NKJV

Oh, you say, “He did that for the world, not me, I’m too far gone for His help! I’m a diseased infested, drug using dealer. I have lied, cheated, stolen, even committed a murder. I am lost in a world of sexual delusion. I have committed many unspeakable evils. No, not even God can help me! I am sobbing; God can’t help me.”

Friend, you are wrong. Jesus declares to you today, “If the whole world never sinned, but you sinned and became lost from God; I would leave heaven to search for you and die for you and you only! I love YOU and I love YOU so much, I am willing to sacrifice myself for YOU alone, to save YOU!”

I bet you are saying, “Naw, you don’t even know me. So, how can you say, ‘You would die just for me?’” Listen to Me my child, I know you.

“See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands.” Isaiah 49:16 NKJV

Jesus knows everything about you, better than you know yourself. He knows every sin, failure, hurt, and problem you have. You are crying out for help, here I am, He says. My arms are open wide to help you. I give you a promise.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back from your captivity.” Jeremiah 29:11-14 NKJV

If you don’t understand His love for you yet, maybe this will clear it up?

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV

Furthermore, listen to the testimony of one who once denied Me, then came back to Me.

“Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7 NKJV

Yes, Peter had deep problems, and I healed all of them. I will also do this to you, addicted one, if you come to me and cast your life into my hands.

Jesus! Yes, child? Everything I have tried to find health and happiness failed me or deserted me. What promise do I have from you to stick with me through thick or thin?

This is my promise to you,

“Look, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”  Amen. Matthew 28:20 NKJV

Okay, Jesus, I’m convinced. What do I do now?

My child call to me and believe this promise.

“For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13 NKJV
